Delivery service

Delivery times are based on working days (Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays) If you order after 12pm the next working day will be the first working day for delivery.Most orders should be delivered to you within 3 working days.

All goods are sent 1st class via Royal Mail.

Returns and cancellations

Under The Distance Selling Regulations you have 10 days from the time of ordering goods to cancel your order. If you wish to do so please inform us of this by sending us an email to buzzbeescards@outlook.com.

You must return the goods in their original condition at your own expense to Buzz Bees Cards, 6 Howard Centre, Horne Lane, Bedford MK40 1UH. Please ensure the goods are packaged in their original packaging. It is your duty to take care of the goods, and we may refuse a refund if you fail to do so.

A refund of the amount paid for the goods will be made to your credit/debit card following receipt of the returned items. We aim to process refunds within 5 working days.

Non-Returnable

Due to the interests of hygiene plush toys can not be returned unless they are damaged or faulty.

Pricing and payments

Product prices and availability of items are subject to change without notice. The prices advertised on this site include VAT except for books. All prices are in GBP.

We accept all major credit and debit cards through our secure payment server. No card details are stored on our database.
